Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TC Rewards is the loyalty programme of Touring Cars designed to reward returning customers who book their motorhome holidays directly through Touring Cars websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in the programme is free of charge and voluntary. By joining TC Rewards, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership is available to private individuals aged 18 years or older.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only bookings made directly through Touring Cars websites are eligible for earning points, progressing through loyalty levels, and redeeming rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Membership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To participate, customers must create a Touring Cars customer account and enrol in TC Rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each customer may maintain only one TC Rewards account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a member changes the email address linked to their customer account, they may contact the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.touringcars.com\/en\/contact-us\/\"> Touring Cars International Sales Office<\/a> to request that the points and loyalty level earned on the previous account are transferred to the new account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Earning Points<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Points are earned from eligible completed rentals booked directly through Touring Cars website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Points are calculated based on the rental value and awarded according to the member&#8217;s loyalty level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Points are credited only after the rental has been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Loyalty Levels and Point Earnings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TC Customer: 0 completed rentals, 1 point per \u20ac10 spent<br>TC Silver: 1 completed rental, 1 point per \u20ac10 spent<br>TC Gold: 3 completed rentals, 1.5 points per \u20ac10 spent<br>TC Platinum: 5 completed rentals, 2 points per \u20ac10 spent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The membership level is based on completed eligible rentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Points Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Points earned from a booking may initially appear as pending or upcoming points in the member account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Points become available for redemption from the first day of the rental associated with the booking and may be used for future eligible bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Loyalty Levels<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members progress through loyalty levels automatically based on their completed eligible rentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Higher membership levels include all rewards and benefits available to lower membership levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Touring Cars reserves the right to review and adjust customer status if account activity or eligibility requirements are found to be incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Redeeming Points<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members may redeem available points for rewards offered within the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Current rewards include:<\/strong><br>200 points: Final Cleaning (all members)<br>300 points: 3% Rental Discount (all members)<br>550 points: 5% Rental Discount (all members)<br>1,000 points: 7% Rental Discount (all members)<br>1,500 points: 10% Rental Discount (TC Platinum members only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between members. Rental discount applies to daily rental rates only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The available rewards may change from time to time at Touring Cars&#8217; discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Platinum Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TC Platinum members may receive additional benefits, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-rental concierge service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow-up support during the rental<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complimentary upgrade to a Luxury-category motorhome, subject to availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welcome gift consisting of local delicacies and a welcome card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vehicle upgrades apply only to the vehicle category and do not include additional paid extras. All Platinum benefits are subject to availability and operational considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Point Expiration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Points expire if a member does not complete an eligible rental within five (5) years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expired points cannot be restored or exchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Discounts and Promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyalty rewards and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, campaign discounts, special offers, or voucher campaigns unless otherwise stated, except for the long rental discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only one reward or discount may be redeemed per booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Touring Cars reserves the right to restrict the use of rewards during selected campaigns or promotional periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Programme Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Touring Cars may modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the TC Rewards programme, its rewards, membership levels, earning structure, or any related benefits at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reasonable effort will be made to communicate significant changes to members through Touring Cars websites or customer communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Misuse and Fraud<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Touring Cars reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, remove points, or cancel rewards if fraudulent activity, abuse of the programme, or violations of these Terms and Conditions are detected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Touring Cars is not responsible for technical interruptions, system errors, delayed point processing, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect membership, points, rewards, or programme functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14.
