The full bed linen set includes a single duvet, a pillow, a duvet cover, a pillowcase, a bedsheet, a bath towel and a hand towel.

The spare bed linen set includes an additional hand towel, a bath towel, a pillowcase, a duvet cover and a bed sheet for one person.

The camping set includes one table and chairs for all passengers.

Please, note that if you have chosen a “Best of Summer Package”, the camping set is already included there.

The BBQ set includes a coal grill, coals, igniting fluid and matches/lighter.

An electric coffee filter machine.

One bottle or package of toilet chemical.

The average consumption is one bottle per week. The toilet chemical is required if you want to use a toilet in a campervan.

Please, note that if you have chosen an “Essential Package” or an “Essential Plus Package”, the toilet chemical is already included there. 

The gas bottle is needed if you want to use a fridge, cook or heat your motorhome.

Your motorhome will include two full gas bottles when you come pick-up the motorhome. These gas bottles will also have to be full upon your return. You can purchase the spare gas bottles from us in advance.

The average consumption during the summer months is one bottle per week but during the cold winter months, you should be prepared to change the gas bottle every other day.

Please, note that if you have chosen an “Essential Package” or an “Essential Plus Package”, one gas bottle is already included there. If you are booking a one-way rental (for example from Oslo to Tromso), two gas bottles will be included free of charge, and therefore, you don’t have to purchase these.

The device charges small electronic devices with a power consumption max, of 150W.

Safety equipment for children up to 135 cm high.

The child booster seats can be attached to the house part seating area using the three-point seat belts.

Please, note that our campervans do not have ISOFIX.

The pet cleaning fee is needed if you are travelling with a pet.

The service fee includes thorough cleaning and ionizing treatment for a campervan after rental. 

The final cleaning includes a cleaning service of the campervan after your holiday.

Prior to returning a campervan, you should:

• Ensure that the overall cleanliness is good
• Empty trash cans
• Empty and wipe the fridge
• Clean the stove top and table surfaces
• Empty and rinse the toilet cassette
• Empty the grey water tank
• Leave the fresh water tank 1/3 full
• Shake all carpets outside of the vehicle
• Separate all rented pillows, duvets, linen, and towels in different stacks on a bed

If you prefer to leave the cleaning service to us, select this service, and we will do these duties instead of you.

Please, note that if you have chosen an “Essential Plus Package”, the final cleaning is already included there. 

Select this service if you need the registration of third and more drivers.  All drivers must be registered in the rental agreement.

TC Basic deductible level (included free of charge) covers the accident repair costs exceeding your deductible/self-risk amount.

With TC BASIC your deductible / self-risk level is as follows;

• Sweden 28,000 SEK
• Finland 2,800 EUR
• Estonia 2,800 EUR
• Iceland 2,800 EUR
• UK 1,500 GBP

If the motorhome is damaged, you are required to contribute to the cost of replacement or repair up to the excess (deductible) amount. If there’s more than one incident in which the motorhome is damaged, a separate excess applies for each incident. You can reduce the amount you need to contribute (your excess) if you take one of our insurance packages such as this one.

With TC PLUS your deductible / self-risk level is as follows; 

• Norway 15,000 NOK
• Sweden 12,000 SEK
• Finland 1,200 EUR
• Estonia 1,200 EUR
• Iceland 1,200 EUR
• UK 1,000 GBP

Please note that the minimum reduction period for TC plus package is 7 days or equivalent monetary payment.

Please note that the minimum reduction period for TC Premium package is 7 days or equivalent monetary payment. It´s also good to note that windshield or the tyres are not covered by this insurance. You can however limit your liability against windshield and tyre damages separately. Please see “Windshield and tyre insurance”

Especially in Northern countries its common to have small stones on the road. These stones may bounce from the vehicle in front to your windscreen and sometimes breaking it. You are liable for the replacement of the windscreen in such unfortunate scenario unless you are covered by this windshield and tyre protection package. Replacement of the inflated tyre is also your responsibility unless you have purchased this additional cover. 

This package covers one damage either on a windscreen or on one of the tyres. For the second or more damages, repair costs are according to normal prices. This is an additional protection service for all TC deductible packages.
